Derby Malayalee Association Annual General Meeting

DMA Committee, invites the members to attend the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 31/01/2016 Sunday 3.00pm to 5.00pm at St. Joseph Church Hall. The AGM is an important constitutional gathering of Derby Malayalee Association's members to hear about the progress of the Association, recent and ongoing developments and the many achievements of the various sections and their members during the past year. The meeting also provide a forum for members to put forward their ideas for the future of the DMA.

Agenda for the AGM is as follows,

1) Welcome address by President
2) presentation of annual report by General Secretary
3) Review and Approval of Certified Statement of previous year's financial account
4) Appointment of Honorary internal Auditor
5) AOB / Q&A

The AGM will be followed by light refreshments. The AGM will be an opportunity to find out more about DMA, the activities in the previous years and the plans for the new year. There will also be plenty of time to discuss issues which concern you with the other fellow members. Please join us and share your valuable suggestions.
